It has been widely proved in the available bibliography that the thioctic acid is an excellent liver protector and detoxifier, in addition to its antioxidant property, due to its capability of capturing free radicals.

COMPOSITION: Thioctic acid 0.5 g Excipients q.s.. 100 mL

PRESENTATION: Amber vials containing 100 and 250 mL.

ADMINISTRATION: Slow intravenous route.
To be used in sport horses. It must not be administered to horses that might be used for human food consumption.

DOSAGE: For regular size horses, 20 to 40 mL per day. Since thioctic acid has no toxicity, this dosage can be increased, according to the acting professional’s criteria.
