PROTOCOL:

 

Paypal Transfer & H&C Paypal Payment Protocol:

Fisrt we will send an Estimate & invoice with the amount to be transferred, which you must be approved. This amount includes the paypal fee.

Then we will send a “Paypal Request” (https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/requesting-payments?locale.x=en_AR), with the exact invoice amount, that will include the invoice ID

Remember that your budget/estimate is valid for 20 days.

PAYPAL is a simple system to pay from around the world (https://www.paypal.com/)

I can send a “Paypal payment request”. You must give your email- account Paypal (or paypal user).

You will receive an email from Paypal to make payment with your account/credit cards/bank account, etc. via paypal.

Paypal tell us when you make the transfer, but we also ask you to “please you notify us”.

 

2º) Our Paypal Account:

 3º) Full Shipping information:

You have to give this information to send your order (The most complete possible).

– Other information you consider:

…business hours…, …ask Secretary… , …Monday through Thursday.., etc.

 

4º) Your order:

It can take us upto 1 or 2 days to send your order.

Eventually it can take more time, but in this case we will notify you before sending us the transfer (sometimes we do not have stock for some products and we need to order them for you, to our suppliers / Laboratories). In this possible scenario we will let you know how many days it will take.

I´ll give you your shipping number as soon as we deliver your box, and I´ll follow your shipment tracking movements and any questions you need to solve.

I ´m online from 8 to 14 pm (Argentina hour GTM),but if you write outside these hours, I will do my best to answer you as fast as possible.

 

5) Delay:

      

We send orders by EMS /DHL or Fedex/ other couriers.
Customs protocols for review are usually simpler (EMS belongs to UPI). EMS delays 7 business days to arrive destination. (Like Economy FeDex), DHL

Eventually, Our customs or the customs of your country can add an extra delay (This is independent of dispatch method; EMS, Fedex, DHL, etc).

Our shipping methods usually have no customs restrictions, but eventually the customs can add times or controls if they wish and is inherent in each country.

We work and we estimate orders under FOB incoterm. If you need a different treatment, please request another  budget & invoice !!

The Incoterms rules or International Commercial Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). They are widely used in International commercial transactions or procurement processes. Defines trade terms related to common contractual sales practices, the Incoterms rules are intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods.

Under FOB terms the seller bears all costs and risks up to the point the goods are loaded on means of transport (plane, boat, truck or train). What does it mean… the seller (we) must also arrange for export clearance/courier/postmail. The buyer (you) pays cost of freight transportation/courier/ postmail/ or and all transport (We include it in the budget or estimate until it reaches your country), bill of lading fees or equivalent, insurance (the buyer assumes its own risk if you do not take out insurance for this purpose from loading the means of transport onwards), unloading/ customs management retreat or equivalent and transportation cost from the arrival port to destination (commonly, post-mail your country home delivery or pobox).

The acceptance of the invoice, Budget, estimates implies the understanding of the rules :“Articles A1/B1 of the Incoterms® 2010 rules”… the confirmation by electronic means, has been accepted as reliable from the incoterm 2010.
