Vitamin B1 10 g.
Vitamin B12 100,000 mcg.
Benzyl alcohol 1.4 g.
Double-distilled water csp. 100 ml.
pH: 6.5.

Dose:
10 ml. every other day or every 2 days.
Intramuscular route.
In severe cases Slow Endovenous.
