Take a minute to clarify: "Tasks, costs and risks"
• Except for operations with Paypal (have a special monitoring and extension of responsibilities as we have agreed with Paypal : Paypal Buyer protection) our default operations are under FOB incoterm .
• If you need a different treatment, please request.
Our operations include FOB incoterm, but DDP can be extended (100% guaranteed in your shipment : FOB to DDP change incoterm), but we require some documents for that purpose (professional medical prescription certified by notary or public health, import certificate/ Import registration, import permits or equivalent document demonstrating authorization to import and income guarantee signed by competent institutions , (some countries don´t require it for small volumes) and all documentation required to demonstrate that the import is being guaranteed, o bonding insurance policies that cover the guarantees.
• With this, we will evaluate with our custom bróker/agent the feasibility and necessary security to ensure your operation 100%.
• The Incoterms rules or International Commercial Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC , https://iccwbo.org/).
• They are widely used in International commercial transactions or procurement processes. Defines trade terms related to common contractual sales practices, the Incoterms rules are intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Under FOB terms the seller bears all costs and risks up to the point the goods are loaded on means of transport (plane, boat, truck or train). What does it mean… the seller (we) must also arrange for export clearance/courier/postmail.
• The buyer (you) pay cost of freight transportation/courier/ postmail/ or and all transport (We include it in the budget or estimate until it reaches your country), bill of lading fees or equivalent, insurance (the buyer assumes its own risk if you do not take out insurance for this purpose from loading the means of transport onwards), unloading/ customs management retreat or equivalent and transportation cost from the arrival port to destination (commonly, post-mail your country home delivery or pobox).
• I remind you that a number of setbacks and delays can occur when making international shipments: wrong transhipments in intermediary countries, delays, customs delays, or perhaps delayed in a warehouse, etc.
• At the time of purchase we ask you to evaluate and understand that these drawbacks are possible.
• We understand that you know the risks and assume responsibility for any setbacks that may arise.
• Without any doubt, we will evaluate your case and we will take the time to give the best solution in order to complete to your purchase process.
• Our satisfied customers ratio is excellent, however these outcoming events which can ocurr, should be understood when buying.
• It´s very hard to cancel or make your parcel back once your purchase has been sent. If this is the case, we will evaluate and we will do our best to ensure that your satisfaction is fulfilled according to our work. However, you must know beforehand that we define "Not possible to cancel or return" a shipment in progess which does not have a failure or its broken.
• Insurance & Shipment Protection:
If you want to protect your shipment, against breakage, or change the Incoterm _(CIF, FOB ,CFR, DAP,DDP, etc..)_ or insure it so that it reaches your hands 100% insured, consult about our policies of insurance and protection of shipments.
